I had the pleasure of attending Mike and Carissa’s wedding this past weekend in Charlotte NC. The magnificent occasion went off without a hitch, at least from the guests perspective Carissa says something a little different. It was a beautiful sunny day in Charlotte in the 50′s and not a cloud in the sky. The wedding ceremony was held outside with the reception on the same property in a fabulously decorated hall. I think Carissa had a huge grin on her face the entire day, it was great to see! Both Mike and Carissa are very happy……if you see them walking around the building please wish them well!

On October 30th of this year two members of the Wolfe Pack will be getting married. Mike and Carissa, both part of the Omni Print team will tie the knot in a Fall wedding in Charlotte, North Carolina. Both are very excited and anxious for the big day. If you see them walking around the building please wish them well before they head back home on October 21st for wedding preparations!

Group Gift is now live and in production (see photo) . This is a cool accordian style greeting card with multiple panels and up to 60 people can participate on one card. If more than 60 want to be included a second greeting card will automatically be used. This product is available for both WRL clients and Giftcard.com customers.

Another significant investment in our print facility was made recently by the purchase of a high volume automated and programable paper cutter. This cutter will be used to finish various products exclusive to WRL and Giftcards.com. The purchase of this machine follows the continued philosophy of having total control over all products, one hundred percent of all paper and plastic printing is done in house with no outsourcing. This allows Omni Print to be very flexible as a company and able to make changes with ease and speed. An idea or change can be realized today, and tomorrow be printed and used in production.

In the coming weeks Omni Print will start gearing up for the 2011 holiday season. One additional staff member will be added to take the total number of resources to five. This will allow for additional  machine coverage so that multiple  machines can run simultaneously enabling Omni Print to process orders more quickly and speed up time of delivery to the end customer.

We will also be purchasing a new Guillotine Paper Cutter in the next couple of weeks. For those who are not aware we are printing 100% of our card carriers, terms & condition inserts, greeting cards and all marketing and sales materials in house. With the purchase of this new cutter we will be able have all paper items finished more quickly ready for use on our internal machines and for any trade shows.

This is all good news as it means we are moving forward with volume growing
