Charity of the Month – December
Each month we select a charity that is near and dear to our employee’s hearts and collect donations from employees, family, and friends to contribute towards that charity. Donations are collected from our Group Gifting application on GiftCards.com. Wolfe.com employees who contribute to the monthly charity are allowed to wear jeans the last week of that given month.
This month’s charity as recommended by our Controller Kevin Kocan is the ALS Association.
ALS is commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease and affects over 30,000 Americans. There is no known cure yet for ALS and the goal of the ALS Association is to provide care and support to those afflicted with the disease and research to find a cure.
