Wolfe Rewards & Loyalty (WRL) provides prepaid debit, ATM and online reward cards (VirtualGifts) to consumers and corporations in the United States. The majority of our business comes through corporate prepaid card sales and we specialize in working with companies to fulfill their employee or consumer incentives such as employee rewards programs or consumer rebates.
The Account Executive will be assigned a specific sales territory to manage. The successful incumbent will achieve sales goals, service existing business and solicit new business through contacting executive level decision makers and promote our products/services.
The incumbent should also sell other lines of Wolfe products when appropriate. Applications to be explored should include sales incentives, employee reward and recognition, on the spot rewards, consumer rebate and holiday gifting. The position requires the ability to be both a hunter and farmer following the sales process of retention 20%, penetration 40% and acquisition 40%. The Account Executive should have a consultative strategic selling approach in order to sell solutions to sales, marketing and human resources senior executives. The position requires the ability to get face-to-face meetings and build relationships with senior executives in order to sell intangible products (incentives) in a consultative solutions based manner.
Service existing WRL client base. Strategically assess client business issues and sell solutions to assist client to meet their objectives.
Solicit New Business
Attracting new business with corporations who have or are looking to launch an employee, sales or consumer incentive program. Work with Omni Prepaid, LLC Family of Companies partners to cross-sell company products/services. Network with centers of influence to develop new business.
Experience required for this position:
Ideal candidate will have an existing pipeline of business with a stable center of influence in the market; prior experience in the Prepaid industry or selling Incentive Solutions preferred.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary and potential incentive based upon performance, company-wide profit sharing plan, 401(k), and full medical/dental/vision benefits provided.
