Maintenance Fees For Existing Card Holders

If you purchased a gift card before October 22, 2009 there will be different fees associated with it. Below is the fee schedule for cards that were purchased before this date.

No Fee Cards

Type Fee Description
International 3% and $2.00 Foreign exchange conversion fee
Expiration Fee $15.00 Assessed upon card expiration
Inactivity Fee $4.95 Monthly service fee after expiration

Standard Visa Gift Cards and VirtualGift

Type Fee Description
Monthly administrative fee $2.50 per month Waived for the first six months
Close an account $7.00 Closure of card and return funds to purchaser
Lost or stolen $5.00 Replacement fee
POS and POS balance inquiry $0.35 Transaction fee / Balance inquiry
Create A Card $1.00 Upload a photo onto your card *
International 3% and a $2.00 flat fee Conversion fee
Expiration Fee $15.00 Assessed upon card expiration
Inactivity Fee $4.95 Monthly service fee after expiration

If you have an ATM Card, the following are in addition to the above
