GiftCards.com Signs Deal with Metropolitan Solutions

GiftCards.com announced today the selection of Metropolitan Card Solutions for their fulfillment center. Metropolitan Card Solutions is located in Atlanta, Georgia and will become the sole plastics and fulfillment partner for GiftCards.com as they continue to move forward with providing Visa brand gift cards. GiftCards.com is a division of Direct Response Technologies, Inc.
Selecting a fulfillment center was a key step in the progression of GiftCards.com as they look to offer Visa brand gift cards online. Jason Wolfe, President and CEO of Direct Response Technologies, Inc. commented, "I personally visited five fulfillment centers around the country attempting to locate the right partner for our future GiftCards.com product fulfillment. The most helpful of all places were the folks at Metropolitan Solutions. We are extremely excited to be working together."
Wolfe has been working diligently since 2002 to bring GiftCards.com to fruition and be able to provide consumers with a Visa brand gift card. Partnering with Metropolitan Card Solutions, teaming with WildCard Systems, and acquiring the domain name GiftCards.com are some of the major advancements Wolfe has accomplished in the past year.
The new partnership with Metropolitan Card Solutions will allow GiftCards.com to provide a secure prepaid gift card to its consumers within a matter of days. Gift card sales have been on the rise with sales topping $45 billion last year.
