Other Benefits
In the first 5 years of employment, there is a .84 vacation day accrual per month for a maximum of 10 vacation days.
Employees are eligible to receive sick days after the first 90 days of employment. Following the first three months of employment, employees will be eligible for 2 sick days for remaining balance of the fiscal year. Next fiscal year, the new employee is eligible for 5 paid sick days. Unused sick days may be cashed in for $100 each at the end of the year.
