Internal Corporate Counsel

GiftCards.com has been online for a while now. We have been able to grow, without an internal legal counsel, however we are at the point where we need someone to come in and handle the various legal issues we have in the queue for GiftCards.com and the other Wolfe.com companies. Most of the legal initiatives have been driven by the CEO and an outside firm. It's time we hire someone to handle these issues full time. The person that would succeed in the role would have significant legal experience, have great organizational skills, have high level of charisma and passion for the position, and have finance and prepaid experience. You'd have to be located in Pittsburgh, in our headquarters. We have a 20,000 sq ft Visa, MasterCard and Discover certified facility where we produce our own products, because of this you will need a credit, criminal and background check. We offer profit sharing, and on IPO or sale - sharing in that as well.

We are Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover® certified which allows us to make your customized gift and greeting cards on demand - in house, we do not outsource. We own our own call center, where we use US employees to take your customer service calls. We do not outsource any software development, quality assurance, or design work for our site.
