Front desk attendant's need to be more professional and its stylist. Very unprofessional. I expected better because its website is so nice but I was wrong.
Loud music. Thugs hang out in the salon. They're quick to wash and dry your hair, but leave you waiting for hours for a stylist, even if you have an appointment. This place has unacceptable customer service. I don't recommend this place.
