Health/Dental

Eligibility to participate is effective after the 90-day probationary period. Medical, prescription and vision are provided through Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield and dental is provided through MetLife. Our company pays 80% of the monthly costs, and passes on 20% of those costs to our employee. We pride ourselves in having a ZERO DEDUCTIBLE PLAN, with no individual/family annual deductible.

Profit-Sharing

GiftCards.com has adopted, at its discretion, an Incentive Compensation Plan in order to provide GiftCards.com employees with additional incentive-based compensation, and to align all of our interests in the same direction, four years in a row.

PTO

GiftCards.com believes in a strong work-life balance, and has thus instituted a flexible policy for all actively-employed, salaried, employees with an UNLIMITED TIME OFF POLICY.

401(K)

GiftCards.com has adopted an Employee 401(K) Plan which provides the employee a convenient, tax-advantaged way to save for retirement.

Holidays

GiftCards.com provides 10 Paid Holidays in addition to PTO. Those days are: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve.

Tuition Reimbursement

The purpose of the tuition reimbursement program is to provide opportunities for employees of GiftCards.com to improve their skills and knowledge through personal career development.
