You may return any discount gift card purchased for a full refund minus any applicable shipping costs within 100 days of your purchase. This policy ONLY applies to physical gift cards that are shipped to you. Discount gift codes or e-gift cards that are sent electronically cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please review our acceptance criteria listed below before returning your gift card(s).

Once we have verified that your returned gift card(s) meet our acceptance standards, a credit will be put back on your credit or debit card 10 days after we’ve received your shipment and put it back into inventory.
GiftCards.com is not responsible for any loss, damage or failure of delivery of your gift card return.
Excluding Virtual Gift Cards and discount gift codes, you may cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. All orders process and ship 1 business day after the order is placed. Unfortunately once an order has processed we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for all other gift cards we sell. This includes our Visa, MasterCard, Local, Group Gifts, or Virtual gift cards.
