Pattie Dillon is the Swapagift Director and leads the product management and development for Swapagift.com driving innovative and result oriented solutions to serve the secondary gift cards market.
Pattie’s background includes over 20 years of retail, wholesale and technology experience. She is one of the pioneers in the Age and Identity Verification Industry. Pattie was the founder of Etalinc, a marketing and technologies company, launched in 1996 serving multiple niche markets.
In 2002, Pattie’s company began development of a non-intrusive privacy oriented virtual age and identity verification software solution. The application was designed to restrict unauthorized access and reduce losses due to fraud. During the development Pattie’s company filed for a patent pertaining to fraud prevention and personal information privacy which was granted in 2010. In 2006, Etalinc was acquired and Pattie served as a senior level executive at Veratad Technologies until early 2012 when she joined Swapagift.com, LLC a GiftCards.com sister company.
Pattie attended Delhi University in Delhi, NY. She has 3 children and 3 grandchildren and resides in the Pittsburgh area. When she is not working she enjoys the arts and is an amateur photographer.
