Our next most critical fill is a VP of Sales who will oversee all of our Wolfe properties and ensure there is one sales strategy. This is a critical position to Wolfe to help move us forward. Thus far we have completed a review of over 100 resumes and narrowed the field to around 21 candidates. From those 21 candidates, we conducted Skype interviews asking all the candidates the same questions. Our team then evaluated each candidate’s response and ranked them against each other. As a result, we were able to narrow the field to 12. We hope to fill the position by the end of the month, or very early September. In the recruiting business filling a high-level position like this in 30 days is just unheard of! We do things a little different here at Wolfe!!!
