It can sometimes take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to deliver the order unless you specify a future delivery date.

Chili's GiftCards.com eGift Cards are not reloadable. Once the value of the card is depleted, the card is no longer valid. However, we recommend keeping the gift card until you are certain that items purchased with the card will not need to be returned. We offer reloadable cards to corporate customers at OmniCard.com.

Orders are typically emailed to your recipient within a few hours of the order being placed. Once the order has been emailed, it cannot be canceled.

How long should I keep my Chili's eGift Card after using as tender for an online purchase?

Once a Chili's eGift Card has been e-mailed, it is non-refundable. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.
Can I buy a Chili's eGift Card for myself?
Yes, put your email address in the recipient field and the eGift will be sent to your email inbox. When you receive the card, click the link to activate and claim the eGift card. Upon activation, you should then be able to print a copy of the eGift.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send a Chili's eGift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, an email is sent from GiftCards.com to the recipient informing them of your gift with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the Chili's eGift Card you created, its value and eGift Card number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift card.

When is the Chili's eGift Card sent to the recipient?
The eGift card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase, within hours or sooner after your transaction is completed.
How do I know the recipient actually received the eGift card I sent them?
You will receive an email message confirming delivery and an additional message notifying you that the eGift card has been viewed.

What if my Chili's eGift Card is lost or stolen?
Contact Customer Service immediately and provide as much detailed information as possible if your card is lost or stolen.
What if someone makes a copy of my printed Chili's eGift Card?
You must safeguard your eGift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift card.
Why was my Chili's eGift Card order canceled?
Gift card orders are cancelled for the following reasons:
- Information provided does not match the information on file at your bank
- Delivery address deemed undeliverable
