Any United States resident aged 18 and older can order with GiftCards.com. Large gift card orders should be placed at Omnicard.com. Please note that international orders will not be accepted.
How are Finish Line eGift cards different from Finish Line plastic gift cards?

Gift cards may be shipped to valid street addresses within the United States. We will accept orders from an APO (U.S. military delivery address) address, but can only ship gift cards to residents of the United States. International orders will not be accepted.

Finish Line eGift cards are delivered as follows:
- Your recipient will receive an email message from GiftCards.com that contains a link to the Finish Line gift card.
- The link will take the recipient to GiftCards.com and prompt the user to enter the email address that received the eGift card and a captcha must be completed. From there, they will be taken to a page that has a link to the activation page.
- You will also receive a confirmation email. If the recipient does not receive the merchant eGift card, instruct the recipient to check their email as well as any SPAM or promotion folders or automatic filters for an email from GiftCards.com.

How long does a Finish Line eGift card delivery take?
It can sometimes take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to deliver the order unless you specify a future delivery date.
What is the shipping time for GiftCards.com’s Finish Line gift cards?
Like all merchant cards on GiftCards.com, orders placed weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM EST are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend may take 48 to 72 hours to process. Once processed, gift card delivery is estimated below and is subject to change.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day of the order being placed. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Once a Finish Line eGift card has been emailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive the e-card or accidentally deletes it, ask the recipient to check SPAM folders, deleted email folders or automatic filters. If the gift card is not found, contact Customer Service for assistance.
When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.
Can I buy a Finish Line eGift card for myself?
Currently, the only way is to have the eGift card sent to your own email address. When you receive the card, click the link to activate and claim the gift card. Upon activation, you should then be able to print a copy of the eGift card.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send a Finish Line eGift card?
On the delivery date you choose, an email is sent from GiftCards.com to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing Finish Line eGift card you created, its value and eGift card number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift card.
Can I buy Finish Line gift cards from GiftCards.com and have you send it to someone else?
Yes! GiftCards.com can ship your Finish Line gift card to anyone with a valid street address within the United States or you can purchase an eGift card and have it emailed to your recipient.
When is the Finish Line eGift card sent to the recipient?
The eGift card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase, within hours or sooner after your transaction is complete.
How do I know the recipient actually received the eGift card I sent them?
When the recipient receives the eGift card, you will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift card has been viewed.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed Finish Line eGift card?
You must safeguard your eGift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift card.
Why was my Finish Line gift card order canceled?
Gift card orders are cancelled for the following reasons:
- Information provided does not match the information on file at your bank
- Delivery address deemed undeliverable
