Giving Good Gift Card Benefits
Now, more than ever, people want to stretch the value of the dollars they spend, often looking for opportunities to do more with less or give more when they shop. Giving Good gift cards help consumers achieve those goals—allowing recipients the freedom to choose how a gift card is spent while also making a donation to a leading nonprofit organization.
At launch in 2020, the five charity partners included in the Giving Good gift card program include Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warrior Project, Make-A-Wish, Feeding America and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, with each organization receiving a portion of the purchase from their card.
When consumers purchase a Giving Good gift card, GiftCards.com makes a donation equal to 3% of the card’s value to the charity partner on the card.
Each Giving Good Card is redeemable at a curated set of retailers, restaurants and entertainment options featured on the card.

I’m Shelley Hunter, Gift Card Girlfriend, and I’m excited to talk to you about Giving Good Gift Cards.
Each Giving Good Gift Card is usable at a curated set of stores and restaurants listed on the card. Which means the recipient has a choice of how to use each card. Even better, with your purchase of a Giving Good Card, three percent of the value will be donated to the charity listed on the card. There’s no activation fee or expiration, and the donation comes from GiftCards.com — not from you or the gift card recipient.
So this is a great way to stretch your dollars further and do more with the money you already intend to spend on gift cards.
Now here’s a tip.
To use a Giving Good Gift Card you’ll need to do two things.
Redeem the gift card at redeem.giftcards.com.
Select the e-gifts you want from the participating merchants.
You can redeem it all on one retailer e-gift or you can break the value up into a couple of different merchants depending on how much you have to spend. Once you make that selection, your e-gift will arrive via email and you can use it to shop in stores or online at that merchant.
This is a great way to do more good with the money you already intend to spend on gift cards.
