- You will also receive a confirmation email. If the recipient does not receive the merchant eGift card, instruct the recipient to check email as well as any SPAM or promotion folders or automatic filters for an email from GiftCards.com.
If the eGift card does not arrive within 24 hours, contact Customer Service for assistance at https://www.giftcards.com/contact-us. Have the invoice number and the recipient’s email address available prior to contacting us for fast assistance.
How long does Nintendo eShop eGift Card delivery take?
While 99% of approved orders are sent in 15 minutes, eGift delivery can take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to review the order and the eGift to be sent. If you specify a future delivery date, your eGift will be sent on that date.
How can I check the balance remaining on my Nintendo eShop eGift Card?
You may check the available balance on your Nintendo eShop eGift Card by using the card in the Nintendo eShop. The shop will inform you if the card has already been used.
When a Nintendo eShop Funds Card is used, the entire balance is transferred to the shop account. Cards will always have either the entire balance or no balance at all.

What exactly does the recipient receive when I send a Nintendo eShop eGift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, an email is sent from GiftCards.com to the recipient informing them of your gift, with your customized message and video or picture, if chosen, and with a link to retrieve it online. You must safeguard your eGift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift card.
