The GiftCards.com Red Robin gift card is a digital gift card (also known as eGift Cards) pre-loaded with a monetary value. This gift card is purchased on GiftCards.com and can be used at any participating Red Robin.

Who can purchase Red Robin gift cards from GiftCards.com?

Any United States resident aged 18 and older with a valid credit card can order with GiftCards.com. Large gift card orders should go through our Corporate Division, OmniCard.com. Please note that international orders will not be accepted.

How are Red Robin eGift Cards different from Red Robin Plastic Gift Cards?

Red Robin plastic gift cards are physical gift cards sent to recipients by mail and Red Robin eGift cards are sent by email and can be printed out, used online or (for some merchants) by showing on your mobile device in store. Both plastic and eGift cards have no fees or expiration dates and are redeemable at any participating Red Robin locations.

How are Red Robin eGift Cards delivered?

Red Robin eGift cards are delivered as follows:

  • Your recipient will receive an email message from GiftCards.com that contains your message, selected video or picture (if used) and a link to the gift card.
  • The link will take the recipient to the eGift card where it can either be printed, redeemed online, or shown to the clerk at checkout in the merchant location.
  • In some cases, the merchant may specify that an eGift card must be used online. Please refer to redemption instructions on this page, directly underneath the card image, for specific instructions.
  • You will also receive a confirmation email. If the recipient does not receive the merchant eGift card, instruct the recipient to check email as well as any SPAM or promotion folders or automatic filters for an email from GiftCards.com.

If the eGift card does not arrive within 24 hours, contact Customer Service. Have the invoice number and the recipient’s email address available prior to contacting us for fast assistance.

How long does Red Robin eGift card delivery take?

It can take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to review the order and the egift to be sent. If you specify a future delivery date, your egift will be sent on that date.

What is the shipping time for GiftCards.com’s Red Robin gift cards?

Orders placed weekdays between 8AM and 5PM EST are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed, gift card delivery is estimated below and is subject to change.

  • USPS Standard Mail: Estimate 5-11 business days (USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for First Class Mail)
  • USPS Trackable Mail: 5-11 business days
  • UPS Ground: 5-8 business days

Most merchant gift cards are not reloadable. Once the value of the card is depleted, the card is no longer valid. However, we recommend keeping the gift card until you are certain that items purchased with the card will not need to be returned.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed Red Robin eGift Card?

You must safeguard your eGift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift card.
