Roblox Gift Card

The GiftCards.com Roblox eGift Card is a digital gift card (also known as eGift Cards) pre-loaded with a monetary value. This gift card is purchased on GiftCards.com and can be used to purchase a Roblox subscrption on www.roblox.com.

Any United States resident aged 18 and older with a valid credit card can order with GiftCards.com. Please note that international orders will not be accepted.

Roblox eGift Cards are usable for merchandise and subscriptions online at www.roblox.com.

The GiftCards.com Roblox eGift Card is redeemable for a Roblox subscription only.

No. Your Roblox eGift Card must be redeemed online on the Roblox website.

Yes. Just like a plastic gift card, you do not have to provide any ID to use your eGift card.

No. When redeeming your gift card funds, the entire balance is added to your account.

Most merchant cards on GiftCards.com do not have an expiration date or fees. However, since every merchant is different, please refer to Roblox’s specific terms and conditions found on this page, directly underneath the card image.

GiftCards.com Roblox eGift Cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from $10 to $200.

GiftCards.com accepts Apple Pay or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards registered to United States addresses. We don’t presently accept international orders.

You will only be charged the face value of the Roblox eGift Card.

You cannot place a corporate gift card order for Roblox eGift Cards at this time.

Roblox eGift Cards are delivered as follows:

• Your recipient will receive an email message from GiftCards.com that contains your message, selected video or picture (if used) and a link to the gift card.
• The link will take the recipient to the eGift card where it can be redeemed online.
• You will also receive a confirmation email. If the recipient does not receive the merchant eGift card, instruct the recipient to check email as well as any SPAM or promotion folders or automatic filters for an email from GiftCards.com.

If the eGift card does not arrive within 24 hours, contact Customer Service for assistance at https://www.giftcards.com/contact-us. Have the invoice number and the recipient’s email address available prior to contacting us for fast assistance.

While 99% of approved orders are sent in 15 minutes, eGift delivery can take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to review the order and the eGift to be sent. If you specify a future delivery date, your eGift will be sent on that date.

After redeeming a gift card, the credit balance can generally be seen on purchasing pages.

• Make sure you're logged into the account where the gift card was redeemed, in a browser.
• Navigate to the Gift Card redemption page or the Billing Settings page.
• On the Gift Card redemption page, Your Credit Balance will appear under the Redeem button.
• On the Billing Settings page, your Current Balance is shown under Roblox credit.
• If you don't see the credit balance, then it means that the account currently has no Roblox Gift Card Credit redeemed onto it.

Roblox eGift Cards are not reloadable. Once the value of the card is depleted, the card is no longer valid.

You can use your gift card at www.roblox.com.

Unfortunately, eGift orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Roblox eGift Cards are not returnable to GiftCards.com and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check or credit.

Please retain your gift card(s) until you have confirmed that the full gift amount has been added to your account.

Once a Roblox eGift Card has been emailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive the eGift or accidentally deletes it, ask the recipient to check SPAM folders, deleted email folders or automatic filters. If the eGift card is not found, contact Customer Service for assistance.

There are no restrictions on purchasing Roblox eGift Cards. Note that the card value denominations are preset for all GiftCards.com merchant card brands (Ex: $10, $25, $50, $100).

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as GiftCards.com.

You can buy a Roblox eGift Card for yourself. To do so, enter your own email address in the “Recipient Email” fields, and enter your own name as the recipient name. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your eGift card alert (via email), follow the instructions in the message to retrieve and redeem your eGift card.

On the delivery date you choose, an email is sent from GiftCards.com to the recipient informing them of your gift, with your customized message and video or picture, if chosen, and with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the Roblox eGift Card you created, its value and eGift card number. The page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift card.

The eGift card message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, your eGift is sent directly after purchase, 99% of approved orders within 15 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours after your transaction is complete.

When the recipient receives the eGift card, you will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the eGift card has been viewed.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received, including encrypting the transmission of any sensitive information, such as payment card information. You must safeguard your eGift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your eGift card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift card.

eGift card orders are canceled for the following reasons:

• Information provided does not match the information on file at your bank
• Delivery address deemed undeliverable
• Your order was not confirmed with our automated email system
